Designed for trusted nonprofits, faith-based organizations and caregivers, the BigHeart platform empowers them to solve inequities that only they can.
BigHeart Our Solution
Stronger Networks
To accelerate onboarding and to create a sense of ownership and pride, Monument of Faith Evangelistic Church implemented a private-label version of the BigHeart app suite (web, iOS, Android). They deliver live-stream weekly worship services and digital programming on their own communications network and customized media channels.
Education Equity
To inspire desired behaviors that lead to college admission and careers, Chicago Scholars shares knowledge using pre-scheduled content delivery with mobile push notifications to first generation college students. They leverage webinars, digital activities, polls, and to-dos to motivate behavior change. In 2025, they will gamify engagement using the leaderboard and store where members will exchange points earned for products and services.
Health Equity
To equip nonprofits and faith-based organizations with seamless access to telehealth services, BigHeart partners with MyOwnDoctor. Community members can attend virtual medical and behavioral health appointments, document health status in an electronic health record, and participate in preventative health education courses, remote patient monitoring, and care coordination programs— all within their private-label app.
Wealth Equity
Through virtual and hybrid job training, home ownership and financial literacy courses, Chicago Urban League economically empowers their community. They are in the planning stages to launch BigHeart’s new job board, resume, and job placement modules scheduled for release in 2025.
Economic Equity
In exchange for engagement results, trusted advocates (nonprofits, faith-based organizations and caregivers) receive compensation to sustain their programming and services. Trusted advocates also benefit from collaborative grants and sponsorships from organizations like the Wege Foundation.
